Jenom\u017ee pokud se nebudu pravideln\u011b a dost h\u00fdbat a j\u00edst v\u00edce zdrav\u011bji, tak je logick\u00e9, \u017ee ta kila dol\u016f nep\u016fjdou. A tak jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee te\u010f anebo nikdy. A tak jsem ze dne na den zm\u011bnila sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed styl. Obl\u00edbila jsem si b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed a j\u00edzdu na kole a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee po m\u011bs\u00edci pravideln\u00e9ho tr\u00e9nov\u00e1n\u00ed jsem se do toho sportu a nov\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu tak pono\u0159ila, \u017ee m\u011b to bav\u00ed. U\u017e jsi bez sportu a zdrav\u00e9ho pohybu nedok\u00e1\u017eu p\u0159edstavit sv\u016fj \u017eivot. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee sport a zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl je docela n\u00e1vykov\u00fd. Jinak si to toti\u017e nedok\u00e1\u017eu p\u0159edstavit, jak by m\u011b to mohlo bavit. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1m si, \u017ee tento nov\u00fd m\u00f3dn\u00ed styl mi vydr\u017e\u00ed opravdu dlouho. Budu se sna\u017eit,\u00a0proto\u017ee\u00a0jsem si uv\u011bdomila, \u017ee pokud \u017eiji zdrav\u011b, tak se i\u00a0l\u00e9pe c\u00edt\u00edm.
